Olympic Weightlifting Programs

Our Olympic weightlifting programs are designed to provide a comprehensive training approach that focuses on developing the key attributes necessary for success in weightlifting. Our coaches will teach you the proper technique and form for each lift, helping you to master the intricacies of the snatch and the clean and jerk. You will also learn how to effectively use accessory exercises, mobility drills, and programming strategies to optimize your performance and progress safely and efficiently.

Coached Hours

During our Coached Hours, you'll have the unique opportunity to receive personalized instruction and guidance on Olympic lifting techniques such as the snatch, clean, and jerk. Our coaches are well-versed in the intricacies of these complex movements and can provide detailed feedback on your form, helping you improve your technique, increase your power, and optimize your performance on the platform.

Hours (may vary):
Monday/Wednesday: Morning and Evening

Tuesday/Thursday: Evening

Friday/Saturday: Morning

Please note that coaching sessions are one hour or one hour and a half long, and the exact start and end times are specified upon scheduling. Coaching sessions are available on the corresponding days of the week as listed above.

Training Remote

We have developed a remote training program to accommodate individuals who are unable to attend our in-person sessions at our facility.

What can you expect from our remote training program? Here's a breakdown:

Tailored Training: Our experienced coaches will collaborate with you to craft a training regimen that is customized to suit your current fitness level, prior training experience, and desired outcomes. This individualized approach ensures that your program is both effective and efficient, maximizing your progress.

  2. Coach Communication: Stay in regular contact with your dedicated coach, allowing you to discuss your progress, seek clarification, and receive valuable feedback. Our coaches are experts in their field and are committed to supporting you in achieving your goals.

  3. Comprehensive Video Review: By submitting videos of your lifts, you can receive in-depth feedback from your coach. They will analyze your form and technique, offering suggestions for improvement. This detailed review enhances the quality of your training and helps prevent injuries.

  4. In-Person Coaching Opportunities: If you find yourself in our vicinity, feel free to drop by our facility for in-person coaching sessions. This provides an excellent chance to receive hands-on guidance from our coaches and connect with fellow athletes.
