During Competitor Training, you'll have the unique opportunity to receive personalized instruction and guidance on Olympic lifting techniques such as the snatch, clean, and jerk. Our coaches are well-versed in the intricacies of these complex movements and can provide detailed feedback on your form, helping you improve your technique, increase your power, and optimize your performance on the platform.

Monday/Wednesday: Morning and Evening

Tuesday/Thursday: Evening

Friday/Saturday: Morning

Please note that coaching sessions are one hour or one hour and a half long, and the exact start and end times are specified upon scheduling. Coaching sessions are available on the corresponding days of the week as listed above.
