Not Just a Gym

Stonehenge started as an Olympic weightlifting gym in 2018. Eight years later, we've coached beginners through their first squat and athletes to the national stage.

What keeps people here isn't the equipment. It's the coaching. Every member gets a program. Every session has a coach watching your movement, adjusting your technique, and pushing you when it's time.

The barbell is the tool. Getting stronger is the point. Whether that means your first pull-up, a pain-free overhead press, or a 100kg snatch — we build the path and walk it with you.

The Training is Serious.
The People Aren't.

You'll train next to competitive weightlifters, first-timers, and everyone in between. Nobody cares how much is on your bar. Everybody cares that you showed up.

Olympic lifting isn't just for competitors here — it's for anyone who wants training that's mentally engaging, technical, and never boring. Think of it like solving a puzzle with a barbell.
