Just a Program 

  • Send in 1-2 videos of the following lifts:

  • Snatch

  • Clean and Jerk

  • Front Squat

  • Back Squat 

  • Deadlift

  • After reviewing the videos and having a 15 min call with you to discuss your goals and the direction we feel you should head.

  • From there we assign you a program designed around your goals and you start to upload videos for us to review and analyze. 

The best part is you get one session at our facility per week to come in and work with a coach during team training. This really helps the process and allows you to fast track your progress and get instant feedback.

  • After reviewing the videos and having a 15 min call with you we will assign you a 12-week program to get you headed in the right direction. 

  • When you have finished the program we can re-assess and start a new cycle!

$165 per month 

$85 - $150 per month

$30 for a 12 week block
