Level 1 Class
Are you interested in learning or improving your Olympic lifting skills? If so, this program is designed for you. Our Level 1 program is ideal for athletes who want to take a progressive approach to mastering Olympic lifts.
Duration: 1 hour
Components: 1 Olympic lifting movement, 1 strength movement, and 1-2 accessory movements.
Program Options: Choose between 3 or 4 days per week.
Each class lasts for an hour and focuses on
three key components:
Olympic Lifting: Learn the art of Olympic lifting with expert guidance.
Strength Training: Build your foundational strength to support your lifting goals.
Accessory Movements: Fine-tune your technique and target specific muscle groups.
We understand that your schedule may vary.
That's why we offer both 3-day and 4-day program options to suit your availability.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday Mornings:
Option 1: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Option 2: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Tuesday: 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM
Sunday: 11:30 AM
