What a session looks like

One hour, two halves. You lift first while you're fresh, then earn your breakfast on the machines.

First 30–40 minutes

Strength & skill

Coached barbell and strength work — the part most conditioning classes skip. You'll actually learn the lifts, not just survive them.

  • Squat, deadlift, and bench — the real lifts
  • Optional hang power clean & snatch when you want them
  • Technique coached rep by rep
  • Scaled to whatever level you walk in at
Last 20–30 minutes

Station conditioning

Rotating stations that build real work capacity, paired with supersets so you're building muscle while you're breathing hard.

  • Rower, ski erg, and bike intervals
  • Superset bodybuilding accessory work
  • Different every day — never boring

Who it's for

This is the easiest way to start training at Stonehenge. No experience needed — just show up in the morning.

New to the gym

You want to get fit but don't know where to start. Show up, follow the coach, learn as you go. Everyone here started somewhere.

Strength and conditioning

You want to get stronger without giving up the sweat. You get both in one hour, instead of picking a side.

Morning people

Train at 7 or 8am and you're done before the workday starts. No 6pm excuses, no fighting for equipment after work.

Not your average bootcamp

Most bootcamp-style gyms put you in a big room and shout at a clock. This is a coached strength class that happens to make you sweat.

A coach the whole hour

Ten people max, with a coach on the floor start to finish — not a big room with someone calling time. Your reps actually get corrected, every session.

Real lifts, not filler

Squat, deadlift, and bench, with optional hang power clean and snatch when you want them. You leave knowing how to lift — a skill that outlasts any membership.

No contract, ever

Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. No multi-week commitment, no weekly billing you can't get out of. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.

Your coaches

Three coaches rotate the class. Every session is coached start to finish — with 10 people max, you're never lost in a crowd.

Common questions

Do I need any experience?
None. The strength half is coached rep by rep and everything scales to your level. Plenty of people start bootcamp having never touched a barbell.
Is there a contract?+
No. Bootcamp is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days notice. A lot of bootcamp-style gyms bill weekly on a multi-week commitment; we'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.
How is this different from your strength program?+
Bootcamp is a class — everyone trains together on the same session, with strength work plus conditioning. Our strength program is a custom program written for you, on your schedule. Bootcamp is the easiest place to start, and a lot of people move into strength training from here.
How big are the classes?+
Ten people max, with a coach on the floor the whole hour. That cap is the point — you get actual eyes on your lifts.
What should I bring?+
Training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. That's it — we have all the equipment.
When can I start?+
Classes run Monday through Friday at 7:00am and 8:00am. Claim your free week and a coach will text you to set up your first class.
