Stop Guessing. Start Getting Stronger.

You don't need another app or YouTube video. You need a real coach watching your lifts, a program built for you, and a gym where people actually train.

Who Is This For?

Everyone. We believe everyone should strength train. We work with people who have never touched a barbell in their lives all the way to athletes competing at the highest level. Our coaching experience across both ends keeps people getting stronger for the long haul — not just for a few months. And the gym is a community of like-minded people, all on their own programs, getting stronger together.

What You Get

Everything you need to get stronger—nothing you don't

01

A PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOU

Tell us your goals—build muscle, get stronger, improve your squat—and we write your program. It changes as you progress. No templates, no one-size-fits-all.

02

A COACH EVERY SESSION

Your coach knows your program, watches your technique, and gives you feedback that actually helps. You're never training alone or guessing if you're doing it right.

03

RESULTS YOU CAN MEASURE

Track your lifts, see your numbers go up, and feel the difference. We adjust your program based on real progress—not guesswork.

Get Started

This Isn't a Class

You're not showing up to follow along with a group doing the same cookie-cutter workout. You train on your schedule, with your own program, built around your goals. A coach is in the room every session to watch your lifts and keep you progressing.

Squats

Back, front, goblet

Deadlifts

Conventional, sumo, RDL

Bench & Press

Bench, overhead, incline

Accessory Work

Rows, pulls, carries, core

Your program is written for you and adjusts as you get stronger. Come in 2-4 times a week during coached hours — no set class times, just show up when it works for you.

Short on time?

Strength Express — same custom programming and coaching in a 45-minute session. Tuesday & Thursday with Dillon at 10am or noon. $150/mo.

Common Questions

What's the difference between this and your Olympic weightlifting programs? -
Our Olympic weightlifting programs focus on the snatch and clean & jerk—complex movements that take time to learn. Strength training focuses on fundamental movements: squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and accessory work. Same quality coaching, same personalized programming, but without the technical complexity of Olympic lifting.
Do I need any experience? +
No. We'll teach you proper technique from scratch. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been lifting for years, your program will match your current level and progress from there.
When can I train? +
You'll train during our coached hours—typically mornings and evenings on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings. We'll discuss the schedule when you reach out, and you'll have flexibility to train 2-4 days per week based on what works for you.
How do I get started? +
Text us at 737-279-8274 to schedule a free assessment. We'll check your form on a key lift, talk about your goals, and explain how the program works. Takes about 30 minutes, no commitment required.
