Marissa designed our 4-week athletic mobility program to help you achieve the bottom position/Overhead position you have always dreamed of.

Our first course starts July 13th



Over the course of 4 weeks, there will be:

Targeted joint mobility work to unlock range of motion 

Active flexibility work to Improve your balance and body awareness 

various breathing techniques that will either amp you up, quiet your mind, or cool you down. 

Our first course is July 1st 

Classes are Thursday's from 8Pm to 9Pm

Cost is $50
