Our spring break clinic is designed to help you take your lifting technique to the next level!
This clinic is designed for beginner to intermediate athletes. Ages (13-18)
The Clinic will focus on the Squat, Deadlift, Snatch and clean.
We will break down each movement and give you an understanding of how to safely and properly execute the technique.
Once you understand will give you exercises and cues to practice the movement correctly.
Lastly, we will give you practical ideas to apply these exercises into your training.
This year our clinic will run on the 16th, 18th and 20th of march from 12:00 pm till 1:15 pm.
