Build a foundation

With our Stonehenge Strength Training program, the goal is to learn & improve upon the foundational barbell movements- Squat, Deadlift, & Press.


Our Coaches assess the level of each athlete and create a foundation with the proper progressions based on their skill level that they need to master the basics. 


From there, we create goal oriented & personalized programming to get our athletes bigger and stronger with regards to their schedule and needs.
